so i have obtained a large tank (somewhere between 230-350L) And I have a filter rated for 1000L/h (i need to test if it works) but i dont have a heater. It includes some stand and I have pots and driftwood. What would be a good coldwater fish to go in here? Thanks,

The first fish that comes to mind is Goldfish. You could also do some weather loaches.

I don't believe there is any that could fit in that tank.
what?? 3500+ species of catfish and there are NONE that fit in a 90 gallon at room temperature? yes there are.
What about some sort of catfish? Are there any that live in coldwater?
Madtoms, banjo catfish, hoplos, cories such as imitator/paleatus/brochis species, raphael cats pretty sure, bumblebee cats, and so on fit the bill. My personal favorite out of those is the hoplos, very social, very active, very personable, good enough size to where you'll always see them. Good growth rate if you get small ones, eats just about anything (except live fish ofc)
