Best mantis shrimp to start with?

I want to get a mantis shrimp but dont know what species is good to start with? Mainly are spearers or smashers better as starters? I've been thinking of either a zebra, lime green or peacock. It will be in my refugium as sort of an extra little pet

I see lots of times the peacock mantis and the zebra on websites like liveaquaria, I say go with the peacock. Now wait for that awesome looking one in divers den and pick him up lol

That's exactly what I was planning on doing they have a really sweet zebra right now but my tank isnt setup yet they had a bunch of like greens a while back

I love my peacock mantis shrimp lol the downside is you can't keep anything with them lol.

Also if you can get them to eat frozen it well save you money.
