Best Med for Parasites......?

I keep about 20 cichlids and noticed my venustus turn and rub on the sand so much it's right down to the glass. I have heard could be parasites. What is the best med to use?

Don't treat until you know exactly what you are dealing about. Occasional scratching is fine but not frequently. Observe first and update us for any further unusual observations.
