What would the best media be for my Marineland Model 4 sump? It has two bio wheels, but I don't have enough bio to keep my ammonia down. Would I just add bio balls to the bottom middle of the sump? I am new to this and don't know how to set this up. I am thinking about going to PetSmart tomorrow to buy something since I printed that coupon off the other forum for 15% off.

Here is what I use in my different big filters:
Eshopps wet/dry = scrubbies and bio-balls
FX5 = 2 baskets Bio-Max and 1 basket scrubbies. I have two the running like this
Fluval 405 = 3 baskets of Bio-Max and 1 basket scrubbies.
Emperor 400 = just the bio-wheels
I always liked Bio-Max, but they waste away and it gets expensive with so many filters. Scrubbies are great and cheap. I have never tried bio-balls in the FX5, but they are intended for trickle systems and would not advise it.
