Best Medicine for ick...with African Knife fish

I have a African Knife fish and an Elephant Nose fish, with some ropes, tank looks like it needs to be tested for ick...what is the best medicine to use since i have sensitive fish like elephant nose and knife and rope fish.

I used something called *Ich-Attack* on my 55-Gallon when my Oscar had ich. Worked great.

you gotta be careful with scaless fish. probuly salt. iv also used malicite green at a half dosage, took a long time but worked. coppersafe might not be bad, but iv never tried it on a knife. i think coppersafe is usualy less potent than milicite green is pretty intense i kno more sensistive fish cna have troubles with it.

salt + malachite green did the trick and i have 5 africans and 2 brown ghosts

Just bump up the temp and use half the suggested dosage.
