Tank has some plecos and a group of G. Winemilleri, a pair of S. Mapiritensis, a lone G. Pellegrini and a chocolate cichlid. Is an Azul safe? Or will it end up taking the tank for himself?

When I had a mixed 180 Cichlid tank my Mono grew fast and helped control the tank population which was loaches, geos, Frontosa and friends

He just ate everything and even if it was to big he would try to eat it and end up killing it

Id say bass are cool with most fish that wont fit into there mouth! not over aggressive with other tipes of fish as long as good size and big enough tank!

id say kelberi are best as grow to smaller size and look better than Azul

LFS had some big kelberi in their display for only 100 bucks each....back then I didn't have the space to keep them. Kelberi look ok, but nothing beats the look of an azul.

well if u like GOLD then kels are for you, but if u like the bluish tint the azuls are your choice :)
