best paint for fish room?

because of all the moisture and humidity...i'll look for threads now just figured i'd ask 1st.

Any household paint should be fine,I would not use latex though.Just make sure to have a good dehumidifier.

The best paint? Depends, but if you're looking for waterproof, then Elastomeric. You can buy it as elastomeric roof coating or as a regular paint.
