Best paint?

What would be the best paint to use to re-paint my Oceanic metallic silver stand? It is the same as the one below....

What materials are the surfaces of the stand you want to paint made out of? If the surfaces are a vinyl laminated over particle board I would be looking at Krylon fusion spray cans as your best chance of not having peeling problems down the road.
