using bio gold and food stick right now trying to get him on massvoire but he only takes floating. what pellets do u think are best in terms of nutrition and colors

cichlid bio-gold plus is the best pellet in the US market right now. massivore is the second best.

place massivore on the surface gently and it will float for a bit. they may take it that way.

bio gold is awesome. my cichlas' main diet are bio gold and massivore. massivore seems to keep them full longer but i read somewhere that bio gold is best for growth. i've also noticed improvement in color when feeding them bio gold but that might just be a coincidence. I stay away from food stick, although they were great for converting the cichla, because it breaks up so easy and makes a mess of my tank.
