Best place to buy tanks?

I am hoping to upgrade to a large tank in the future. How soon depends on cost so I'm able to budget for it. My question is, where's the best place to buy a tank from? I'm looking for something that holds hundreds of gallons (as big as I can fit and do maintenance for, price permitting). I realize that this means I will need acrylic most likely. Where is the best place to order one and why is it the best?

Also, I've seen countless DIY tanks, but I'm not a real handyman, so I usually rule that out. Can anyone weigh in on DIY tanks and possibly make me change my opinion on them? I would love to get something huge, but to attempt at a DIY and fail would be devastating.

I've gotten several tanks on Craigslist, you just have to know how to inspect. I bet there's a bunch FS on here too.
 
Yup craigslist might be the cheapest way to get a large tank. Or just ask around at work, I lucked out and one of the guys I work with had an extra 90 laying around.
