im tryin to get a 300 gallon tank, but cant buy any thing more than 700 bucks without savin for like 3 years. i just wanna know the best place to get a new tank with canopy and stand.

You aren't going to find a brand new tank stand and canopy that is 300 gallons for $700 anywhere. You might find one that price that is used, but not new.
I saw some plans for home made aquariums at Austin Glass and also on a CAAS post , the Charlotte area aquarists society, the post was by: jclanton titled my homemade aquarium. Sorry I cant give you a direct link there, but I dont know how to do that yet. Good Luck
dam they have nice prices. I wouldnt try to make my own, its going to be the best if you just buy a tank...plus the main thing here glass is expensive and acrylic is even more
