Aquabid or Craig's list. You can also try the regional buy/sell on here, but I've never had luck.
I sold everything I wanted to sell that deals with fish on this website usually all within a few days
Many cities have aquarium clubs, I attended an event put on by the Tampa Aquarium society a few years back, they have a very active club. That way you have personal access to many aquarists near you, and many of the clubs have regular auctions, swap meets, and news letters where fish are offered for sale.
Really? I never knew of this, I'm going to try that. My issue is finding people near me that are serious about the hobby
