as in the title - what pump would you recommend? i have been looking at the eheim compact plus 5000. anything out there better than this?

I've always liked the Quiet One pumps from Dr Fosters.. They have a Quiet One 6000, 1506gph, max head ht of 12.2ft, and it's on sale for $101.59 right now.
