best pump, top pick brand

I'm Looking at a 350 g tank. Want to build a internal filter. wondering what the best pump to run this kind of set up internal or extrenal and what is your top pick brand. what would be a ideal turn over rate for sa/ca cichlids in this size of tank

I am building a 315g and will be running 2 of these in my sump. I went with 2 smaller quiet pumps because the 1 large pump was way noisy! I went with the 26HF.

What i ment by internal filter is something simular to this built into one end of the tank. So i want a quiet pump becuse it will be in the tank.
