best rocks for mbuna cichlids

currently i am using red lava rocks in my 75 mbuna tank. i am wondering what is the best rocks to use in mbuna cichlids

Large rocks! The bigger the better for building territories.
The material doesn't matter much as long as it is aquarium safe.

Agree with Milingu, except I do like the smooth river rocks to minimize injuries. Think in terms of sizes between fist and head.
