Best temperature for Arowana?

I'm thinking of picking up a baby Arowana and putting it in a 29G (Grow out) -> 120G -> A Kiddie pool that will be built in my garage. I was wondering whats the best temperatures for them? I've seen Arowana information say 75-82? But what should I set my temperature most of the time?

For babies and juvies a higher temp in the range of 82-84*. Sub-adults and adults do fine at 76-80 but can tolerate higher temps too.
