Best Thing For Hump Head

Need to ask you flowerhorn guys what you use for nuchal(sp?) humps or kok's .......i'm curious for my new midas but im sure it would be the same as the FH's .......i've been researching for foods online and the only thing i can find is the
OSI flowerhorn pellets........any info you guys could give would help.......

is there anything tomake them smaller?
not to rub anyone the wrong way but i think that they look too weird which is why i don't keep them or midas's. if there was a way to reduce it i would get a few however.

I've heard chingmix is good for it, But I'd imagine any quality food, as long as the fish has the genes for it.
