best travel destination in the world in July :)

where is an awesome, not too expensive, not too overrun with tourist location to go to in july?
was originally thinking hawaii, alaska or maybe greece. the later is so expensive to fly to. hawaii might be overrun with tourists, and alaska could be fun, but would like to see if there are other places worth considering.
help me brainstorm!
would like to stick to a reasonable budget, but if it's cool and worth going to hey you only live once, right?!

Alaska! Hawaii is cheap in the summer because it is hot and humid. Hawaii is also mostly a tourist trap with some out of the way and very expensive locations that are gorgeous. Alaska is less populated and EXTREMELY beautiful! If you shop it right you can see a whole lot and most of the major cities in Alaska while on a cruise ship for cheap!
