best treament for open wounds

my tsn tigger has a nice size open wound from his tank mate stripes (buttikoferi) i was curious in what would be best course of treatment for this particular injury. thanks in advance.

i suggest some melefix as disease prevention, lots of water changes and keep the tank clean and feed some high protein foods to help healing faster
