Best UV?

Hello, I'm looking for a good but not crazy expensive sterilizer for my 640 gallon setup. I'd like it to make the water clearer but also handle phase 2 sterilization. My buddy is a big fan of these http://www.americanaquariumproducts.com/images/graphics/tmcpondclear30wattuv.jpg

I have purchased several UV sterilizer from them as well as air pumps, I have also been very disappointed by there products. I no longer purchase any products from them.

TMC brand UV is well respected. Many hobbiest in the UK use them with great success. AAP sells many different brands and products. It is up to you to pick what meets your need. 30W is not enough for your 640g to reach level II. FYI, this design is more for outdoor use. Hence, the transformer and chamber are encased in a turtle shell.
