ok i have a 55 gallon tank that all my fish are in 2 BIG oscars plecos ect....... overloaded basicly I have a 20 long laying around can I make a sump out of it and how ?

Put in a couple dividers, add a pump, some bio media, filter floss, drip plate and tada....a sump.
All you need is a chamber for the water to fall on the bio media and a chamber to hold the pump.
