best way to beef up rt giant gourami.

Have a little one only 6 inches, whats the best thing to grow her out as quickly as possible. I know vegi based but pellets? peas? etc. heck even beef heart.

She's too small to mingle with her tank mates and is divided off at the moment.

I've had good luck growing any fish(those that can get large) with shrimp pellets

just feed lots of fresh seafood (market shrimp, etc.) and IMO stay away from mammal-based foods (beefheart, etc.) in large quantities
