Best Way To Breed?

hello sry if this is already somewhere on the forums.. but i'm not really sure how to search up in just flowerhorn section.. but i was wondering..

whats the best way to pair up flower horns.. and get them to breed? because i have a male and female zz's.. i just wana figure out how big they should be.. and how i should prepare them to mate with each other?

last question.. i was wondering when will red dragons be fertile.. and when will they be able to lay eggs?.. i have like 4? red dragon fries.. i just wana know in advance so i can start to plan things out ^_^.
