I have a NuClear filter that is very similar (identical?) to your PurFlo filter. To clean the 25 micron cartridge:
First I hose it off.
Next I soak it in a five-gallon bucket with about 3/4 cup (no measuring, just glug-glug-glug) of bleach for 24-48 hours.
Then I hose it off again pretty thoroughly.
Finally I soak it in a bucket of clean water.

It comes out like new almost every time. If it doesn't, I repeat the process a second time.

what he said. soak in alittle bleach over night and rinse like hell.
Now let the nice little doggy out the cage woooooooF!

Yup, bleach bath to kill the organics trapped in the pleats, followed by a jet of rinse water.
Overnight soaking is plenty of time.
I like the little jet "sweeper" nozzles, in brass or plastic.
They get the gunk out without destroying the filter, like a pressure washer can.
Slowly, you will find your back pressure will force a shorter interval between cleanings.
That tells you it`s time to look for a replacement cartridge.

I pressure rinse it real good then I use 1 cup Bleach over night and rinse it real good an soak in clean water with 15m of Prime over night and rinse again
before I let it dry . Nice pump what type and size is that . Does it run hot to the touch and does it raise your temp in your water. What is your plumbing for your in-put and out-put to the pressure pump?

I have 2x 2 inches out from tank to sump and my return is 1.5 inches.

That pump is good but nowhere close to the turnover i need. its a blueline 100 it pushes 1800 g/h Its pretty noisy and its hot to the touch and yes it probably add 2 degrees celcius to my tank. ( 500g ) I am pretty upset about buying this pump but i should of done better research before getting it. Actually thinking about it ...... that pump sucks.

anyway i have a Reeflow Hammerhead on the way :):):) that pump will give me 6000 g/h minus my head pressure and my mechanical filter i should end up having about 4500 g/h when the mech. is not dirty and about 3000 when dirty. On top of that it is supposed to be much less noisy than the BL

By the way THANK YOU everyone. i cleaned the filter and it came out very clean. im waiting for it to dry up before putting it back.

Always get spares micron filters . So when you change your filters for maintenance you throw in the clean ones and bleach the others , My filter last 5 months before cleanings.
