best way to extract convict fry

I have a 20 tall and I'm ready to extract my convict fry. How is every one doing this? with the water exchanger? I do not want to use a net.

I use a siphon hose. Just make sure the fry can fit through comfortably.

LOL that'd be fun^ you can also use a cup or bowl but thats kinda harder

Thanks for the info. I used the siphon and it worked well. The only problem is I put them in a breader net cage and they found a small hole I still cant find and got out into the other side of the tank that my other pair of cons is in, no more babbies

Use flex tubing.the type that is used on air filter...........

Just use a siphon

I used to siphon those little guys out during a water change, you'll lose some to the hungry/worried mouths of the parents though.

just use a net it worked for my friend today and for me

I use the clay pots they tend to breed in. Plug the hole with your finger once you get them settled toward the inside and lift the whole thing right out to a transfer bucket.
