Best way to grow out severums?

I own two severums and feel they are not growing as fast as they should be or as fast as others on this forum. For all the severum owners out there, how fast did your severums grow and what did you feed them? How often did you feed them?

severums dont grow too terrible fast. just keep up a variety of food, flakes, pellets, bloodworms occasionally, even some veggies. also keep the temps about 82-84F and some good clean water. mine went from 2.5" to 5" in a few months in a 55g tank

I use tons of frozen food, and my fish are growing quickly, also live black worms, shrimp pellets, etc. and of course i feed them a lot of zucchini and lettuce.

hook a string to its mouth and another to its tail and pull them lightly for three hours daily.

seriously, space, clean water, good foods.
