Best way to kill pond snails???

I tried a clown loach non luck. I have 2 assassin snails nothing yet, and I bombed my tank with coppersafe for a week no difference .... Help!

Give the assassin snails a few months to clean up, if they are still alive and fertile. They work great!

OP is right. Smashing helps, but won't fix the problem. BUT, there are other fish like raphael catfish that would decimate your snail population! Grab a megalodoras uranoscopus!

+1 for the striped raphael! I have one and he is constantly fat from all the MTS that I have in the tank!

you can take a 16 or 20 oz soda pop bottle, add some smushed up shrimp or fish or even some fish food and set it in the corner leaning against the glass or down on the bottom. they crawl in and you pull it out.
if you want to be fancy with it, make it like a minnow trap and cut and invert the bottle top. that way they get in but can't exit.
