Best way to setup 150g festae breeding tank?

How should i set this up? Filter,gravel,heater,lighting,decor/hiding spots. Any advice would be awesome.
Also when they are all small i want to have some other fish im there too but its not necessary or should i get 4-8 juvi festae and let them pair off. And keep the best pair.

I think getting a group is the best idea and setting up depends on if your gonna have other fish as well. I personally prefer light to natural substrate IMO it brings out the best in their colors other than that just adequate filtration, maybe airstones too and temps around 78-82. The 150 will make for a great home too good luck
