Best way to ship a fish

There's a lot of unboxing fish videos out there to give you an idea of how to package it. It's much easier if you can get a pet store to ship it for you. Aquarium Fish Depot and PetZoneSD ship fish so they may do it for a price.
Flat rate over night if you need a bag you can ask your lfs for one or ask a local fish shop to ship it for you
Triple bag 'em, especially if they are fish with spiny fins like cichlids. Using a small air pump to fill the bag tight with air is a good idea too. Then just overnight 'em and hope for the best.
I thought I once heard that you don’t feed the fish like a day or two before shipping. Don’t take my word for that though.
It’s last meal should have been about 3 days prior to bagging
Thanks everyone! I guess I can ask Pet Zone or Aquatic Warehouse to ship. Seems simple enough. I know the relative basics of it - 3 bags, dont feed, and use an air pump -. I asked the guy at fed ex and he’s like yeah, we can ship em. Has anyone used FedEx for shipping?

Random and a very dumb question, but do fish get jet lag? I feel I heard this in Aquarium Co-op that they do.
