hello everyone I have ich in my tank and i recently bought a uv steralizer. Should I let the uv steralizer take care of the ich or should i buy the ich treatment that my lfs suggested, i forgot the name but it has no copper, and is not going to kill all my live rock. which would be better?

I am gonna err on the side of not putting meds in the tank. Back in the day I had a UV take care of my problem just fine. Of course, that was freshwater also. Others may disagree.
Keep in mind that a UV will also kill all kinds of other stuff in the water column as well.
