Best website when it comes to African peacock prices?

Shipping mostly depends on your location. I'm only a few hours from cichlid express and have always found their price and quality to be really good. I think FedEx overnight is normally about $30.
If you don’t mind juiced fish , coastgemusa is pretty cheap, bluegrass aquatics, Imperial tropicals are priced pretty good too. Browse eBay as well, sometimes there’s great deals and check your local Craigslist for breeders near you, they usually bargain with you for quantities
They add hormones to make them show color sooner than normal. They color down shortly after but their color comes back when they mature. A lot of suppliers do that with peacocks n haps

Wet Spot has about 40.
If you are very much into accurate location variants and just not random color hybrid peacocks, either of these two are good options, both keep breeding colonies of true species and their locations separate to avoid hybridizing.

Those places are great, especially if you’re a serious collector. Unless I’m mistaken, I think the OP was looking to stock up for cheap tho. Cichlid Shack is another awesome one, but not cheap
I second Dave's, very trustworthy and knowledgeable, shipping is always top notch and he will provide options but recommends overnight. Great option for airport shipment if that is an option for you.
Mike's cichlids is a good option out of Florida.
OP should clarify if price means cheapest, but I've learned that in general you get what you pay for. It's been worth it for me to pay a little more for quality and know I'm getting what I ordered, and it's likely to survive.

Breeders are almost always better than drop shippers. Luckily, here in Phoenix there are some great local breeders
