Iv got a spare 125 that I’m looking to put a wet pet in Iv looked into and Oscar Fh Midas Red Devil . oscars and Midas seem to most appealing and Iv heard the Midas can be very interactive and same with the fh but what’s the most interesting and interactive wet pet? I’m sure they are all unique In their own ways recommendations welcome

Welcome aboard

I've read here that all 4 you listed can be interactive. The Oscar requires soft water and are prone to hole in the head disease if kept in hard water. The Midas would be my choice.

Having an anthropomorphically interactive fish (especially a cichlid) sometimes has a lot to do with how you raise it.
If you get it young, and have it in a tank with "no" other fish. It will be focused on you.
If you put other fish in the tank, they divide its focus, and sometimes dominates attention.
The most interactive fish I've had (and I've kept oscars, red devils, and 100 more species of cichlids) was a male Nandopsis haitiensus.

For me I would say flowerhorn all the way. I hot mine back in February he's in a 125 and he's the best fish I've ever kept. interaction wise he's always interested in me or any one who gose near the tank, mainly to attack or flare up but he's so much fun I can hand feed him stroke his head and so on.

If I had more tanks I'd definitely have more flowerhorns.
