I have a male betta fish and he seems to be having trouble swimming. He was trying to eat today and it seemed like he was almost upside down.

Sounds like it. Lower the water level so the fish can be upright. Add some Epsom salt 1 tbsp per 5gallons and add some kanamycin. Hope for the best. Would hold feedings for a week.

What is that, kanamycin? Also I have 3 tetras in the tank with it. Will this affect them?

Kanamycin is an antibiotic. Won’t hurt tetras.

Sometimes they resolve on their own but swim bladder issues are hard to treat...good luck.

As already mentioned above. Can get at ur lfs. If not then maybe online.

I am having trouble finding it, except on amazon. I wont get it until tomorrow if I use amazon. Is it the same thing as the Tetra Lifeguard All In One?

If you can’t find the kanamycin. See what other antibiotics are available like maracyn2 or furan 2.

The tetra lifeguard is last resort if u can’t find something that’s broad spectrum.
