Betta Introductions

How often should I be introducing my female betta to my male and can I alternate females or should I stick to one and if there not doing anything how long should I leave her in there and if shes getting the crap kick out of her becsue shes not intrested I take her out right.

try putting the female in a smaller tank and set it inside the tank (males tank), or get a divider int eh tank and allow them to look at each other but not actually reach each other. and I wouldn't bother placing the female in the same water as the male unless he's already got a bubble nest built.
