Betta macrostoma

I can get 3 male and 2 female Betta macrostoma. What would you see as ideal breeding setup

Each male in it's own tank or one tank with dividers to keep them separate,more females.

But that would kill the male. Its a mouth breeder and the females are very productive. The male would start to starve.. Its recommended to keep more males than females and all in one tank, since mouth breeding Betta are not that agressive against others, if they have enough space and hiding places.

i asked for advice and i want hear other opinioms. Betta macrostoma is very rare. i habe a tanksetup in mind but would like to hear what others think about it. i would be thankful greg if you could start to treat me in a civilized way.

I'd say do a group in a 55g with lots of cover, surface an caves, and a covered as best as possible tank. Ph needs to be super soft, and they are super fragile, so Goodluck.

yeah i thought about UV filtering to minimize bacteria and other stuff in the water. its bad that the most beautful betta is also the most fragile ha ha
