Hello everyone my mothers betta has been acting very strange for a couple weeks it was fine one day and then she thinks she over fed him and he has been this way ever since we have fed him peas and still acting lethargic.

Water changes she trys to do once a week ph was rather low like a 6 or below but we got that back up the others were all normal cant remember the exact numbers out of town working and water temp is 78.
We did notice yesterday that he has some pale area on his left gill plate that wasnt there before
Do you have any Betta Food? Tbh I'm not sure what is going on. Try to stay consistent with water changes.
Just keep offering food but remove uneaten food so it doesn't jeopardize water quality.
