Betta question

just bought a betta, and i was wondering if i could give it to my mom and put it in her community 10 gallon without any aggression issues or in my 7.5 with 2 swordtails w/o aggression

What fish are in the 10g? Is it the 7.5g that has the swords? Your swordtails will need plenty of space unless you can switch to platies. Both livebearers will be fine with bettas though. Do keep a watch on your betta as bettas have various personalities ranging from docile to complete psychos.

trial and error, i had one in a 12 gal with a couple platies for years, we he died i replaced him with a new one, and he lasted about 3 weeks before i caught him pickin on his tank mates

Okay thanks everyone im gunna end up giving it to my mom, in a 10 gal with mollies, dwarf gouramies, my small raphael, my very small CL so hopefully itll be fine, its male btw

and another question, any possibility of breeding bettas in a 7.5, any info givin would be great, livebearer? does it pair or just mate as much as possible like the best of us
