betta wont eat

well... ud get some if u stated ur case a little bit more clearer.
i tried to understand "im worried when i get one they eat the frist day" but i just cant :(
 
He will eat when he is comfortable.
 
I agree, if he's not eating let him rest. Most fish won't eat the first day and a betta might not.
 
I got a new betta for my birthday day a few yrs ago, it last a month becuase it didn't eat. it would chew the food and spit it out. Don't know why
 
If it doesn't eat in about a week try some guppy fry. I had one once upon a time that went crazy for them. That will deffinatly get thier attention.
