ok like my old thread asking what to stock a 20 or 29 with, im just gettting a betta, what size tank for 1 male betta 8 ghost shrimps and 3 fancy male guppys 2 dwarf frogs?? i was thinking maybe a 5-10 gallon ( no bigger then 10 ) already have the filter for the future tank ( AC 50 will that be enough? ) sticking with that i can leave my 110 up in the main room.

If you use the AC 50 you'll have to put the water flow down to almost nothing, betas need to be kept in low flow conditions

I have never had luck with shrimp and DFs in the same tank. One always eats the other

you could certainly try a 10 gallon. I think that would be pushing it, but you could try it depending on your species of dwarf frogs and temperament of the betta
Have the filter on one end since the ACs do release a lot of current compared to what bettas like.

if it is doable i may just get one of those 2.5 gallon that comes with a divider and just do 2 male bettas, think that will work?

Dividing 2.5 gallons is too small. Get at LEAST a 5gallon, and thats just for the betta.

Dividing a 10 gallon for two bettas would be perfectly acceptable, but only 5g for one.

I think the set up sounds nice for a ten gallon. Just don't have too high of a flow and you'll be fine.

A 10 gallon would be fine for that. If you get a 5 gallon, 1 betta ,and 2 frogs should work.
