bettas

The serpae tetra is a known fin-nipper, especially when kept singly. I'm betting that he'll tear the betta to shreds. Most of the fish you list are schooling fish, actually. Danios and tetras really behave better when kept in a school of at least six individuals. Also, the temperature differences that these fish should be kept in would make it impossible to provide the right temp for all.

You mean add more rosies? Depending on tank size, this is a better option. You could even add more danios, or more serpaes.

The danio is a coldwater fish. The others require heaters, with the Betta needing temps up to 82 to stay healthy. These fish don't mix due to the temp. requirements.

how big is the tank?zebra danios are fast little fish and do better with some room to run.and at least 6-10 in the group.

Also it depends on the Betta..Some will tolerate other fish, others will tolerate nothing.
