Might have a hard time with that photo. It's overexposed, and there's lots of glare/reflection on the glass from the flash, and it's very out of focus

Nice!
One thing you can try is to diffuse the flash of the camera with a thin cloth. I've even tried a double layer of black nylon with good success but I can't show those.
Unfortunately I lost my 1TB drive with all my pics and the backup solution said it was working but corrupted all backups. And I'm a 20+ year IT guy.
