Better fish colors?

Can anyone give me some insight on some quality foods to feed my Jack Dempsey to bring out his colors. Thanks

I've been asking the same question.

A good pellet as a base and a good "mix" of frozen and live food is what I've been told.

mix it up with all sorts of foods.
I'm a fan of the omega1 color enhancing foods, shrimp, beefheart, and smelt.

I dont know, but my fish seem to love it, and I'm a big advocate of variety. I think they like they're like us. I get tired of eating the same thing everyday!

yeah shrimp is good for bringing out reds. Krill too.

See above for smelt. Omega 3 i think he said.
