better food sticks or flakes

I was wondering what food is best for my fish and my tank
Because I don't want something that just messy and make the tank cloudy in a couple of days.I have an arowanna,jD,rtc,clown knife,bala and a pleco. all about 6"... any suggestions

Cool do those make a mess when the fish bite in to them? I tried some tetra pallets and the fish would swim by it and blow it in to dust

new life spectrum is the best very tight compact pellets. That do not cloud your water.
