None of them are histrix.

The smallest one you have we IDed last time as a P. reticulata.

This one with the pattern looks like a humerosa.

I would go with an orbignyi for this one.

I don't really have any info on them. Unfortunately not many people keep them so there isn't much info on them. I haven't even ever seen a pic of an adult, so I can't even guess on their final size.

I'm sure somebody will come along and give more info though.
 
Agree with the humerosa opinion.

I keep them - they are a common export from Peru. Supposed to max out around 16", but I have heard reports of 24".

A ray is a ray is a ray when it comes to maintenance. Keep them clean, keep them fed.
