Better late than never

I finally got a arow today. he/she is about 5 to 6 inches and last week I had brought a Gar, so now this is the fishes on my 150:

1. Silver Arowana
1. Gar
1. Jack Dempsey
1. Red German Peacock
2. Red Zebras (pair)
1. Snow White Zebra

I guess the question now is what gud monster to add to this set up? perhaps some Oscars, GT, Jag?
suggestions are welcomed!`

IMO you are already going to be looking at an over stocked tank within a year. I would leave it as is, if not remove some cichlids.

Hopefully you can show us pictures of your gar eating those africans sooon if he doesn't get used to them

Well hope he catches that on camera too !! I wouldn't mind seeing that either Not that i want to see an arow get eatin.. well not if it were mine LOL I love arows.... But it would be interesting..

I could probably find all the threads on MFK about people buying gars and then the next day having another thread with "R.I.P. or A Sad Day for Me or Lost My Arow". All of them stating how the Gar Ate some important fish in the tank, aka: Arowana!

WOW I didnt know that arow and gars are bad combination. So far the Gar has bothered the Arow or the arow the Gar. Ohh and I forgot to mention that I have a very small frontosa. I will do my best to post some picts in here soon, mean while I will watch for the Gar!
