SO i bought the 225 that will be delivered next weekend but will not have a place to put it for another week or so. The only place i have to put it right now is on my back patio but im worried about the temperature changes from day to night. In my area it gets to 60-50 during the day and down to 40-50 at night right now. Will these temperature changes affect the glass or seals?

short term it will be fine, I wouldnt leave it out for long though, I would also make sure that nothing coud fall into it or onto, ie tree limbs, sticks, acorns, etc.
I have heard of people putting damp towles in them to keep the silicone from drying out.I have no idea if it works,or if it would be necessary as it is only for a couple weeks.I would put a tarp over the top of it myself.
