Better starter tank size for rays???

I know that ideal size is bigger, but which of these two sizes tanks is better for smaller rays (retic/orbignyi/scobina)?

72x24x24

or

60x36x20

ethier would be alright, 5'x3' would be better though.

Either would work for a small ray. I'd choose the wider (vs. longer) tank though.

bigger is always better you will buy yourself alot more time with 72x36 or 96x36
