My tank is 100 gallon and the current occupant there is a delhezi bichir he is about 5 inches in length,so right now my problem is what of fish is a good tankmate for him? My two choices are King Kong Blood Parrot and a Red Golden Severum......Which do you think is the better tankmate for my del? Which of the two has a more peaceful temper and mood towards my delhezi?

I want to keep only 2 fishes in my 100 gallon tank because i want them to reach their maximum size as POSSIBLE.

FUTURE PLANS (I HOPE)

Currently planning on having a 14 inch.Delhezi.

And Maybe in the future i might create a 8x5x3 pond in my backyard for only 2 occupant a flagtail (for algae problem purposes) and a Polypterus Endlicheri Congicus (Some say it can reach a whopping 36 inches and more) so i might get a good shot at getting it.I will buy a wild caught so that it will increase the chances on gaining that size.

(OFF TOPIC)

My Biggest fish that i kept was an Albino Oscar. He was about 17 inches when he died,he lived 10 years in my 100 gallon tank (ALONE,NO TANKMATE) too bad i never had a camera before, i should have taken a picture of it.......R.I.P. Golden Meat - Nov.1996 (Never know the day that i bought him) to Dec.18-19,2006.

(Im New Here and I Only Have Two Tanks)

1.New 55 gallon tank Current Occupant - 1x Newly Bought Red White Ranchu, 1x Newly Bought Red Ranchu (Both are Juveniles) ;)
2.Old 100 gallon tank Current Occupant - 1x Newly Bought Delhezi Bichir.Planning on having 1 more tankmate.

I am always choosing the BEST for my fishes because i want them to grow !BIG! and healthy.I think its time for me to seek help in here because this site gives me more information about the fish keeping hobby.Until then Thank YOU.

HOPE YOU GUYS ANSWER MY QUESTION ABOVE :) XOXOXOXOXO <----- (I always see them in playboys and other adult magazines those ladies have their name and signature above it.)

Welcome to the site, every person has to decide on their own stocking levels and if a lone poly in a huge tank is what you want great. You will see here members that have grown true monsters in much heavier stocked tanks. Tank mate wise IMO poly's are the best tankmates for other poly's. Good luck with your tanks and be sure to post pictures and respect other members choices.
