BFF's (Best fish friends)

Have any of you seen similar behavior with any of their fish? My Florida Gar and my Common Pleco are best buds! Its almost like the videos you see of the sharks that always have a small fish on their back. I very often, will see my Gar following my pleco around the tank, tight to his top, and whenever the Pleco will drop to the bottom and sit still, its almost as if my Gar will lay on his back. The pleco doesnt seem stressed about it, it really doesnt seem to bother him at all.

Is this considered normal for these 2 fish? Or are my Gar and Pleco just BFF's?

Thats too bad. The only ones with a prob at all are the Rtc and the Pleco. They both like to think the entire bottom is theirs, so they will bump each other around a bit, but no serious issues...

But my Gar and Pleco... Makes me laugh, all I can think of is the movie Talladega Nights: "Your my best friend...Your my best friend!"
