Can BGK get ICK? My second BGK just got some really small wite spots on him. They look like white grains of sand that stuck to him. My last BGK died and had the same spots. Is it where I am buying them from? No other fish seem to have it. I have plecos and green terrors in there with him right now. I upD the temp and added salt. I know I know they are senstive to salt but that seems to be the only good cure. Is it something that is in my tank causing this sickness? What else can I do to help cure and prevent this nasty stuff?

Did you even quarantine every new fish? Knives can get ich. Treat the whole tank with table salt. Dissolve thoroughly and add gradually. Use a dose of a tablespoon per 5g. Raise temp to 86 degrees Fahrenheit.
